Hello Parents!

This year the West Lake Hills Municipal Court is bringing awareness to Pedestrian Safety on Halloween during the month of October. The court would like to feature your child’s artwork in the City Hall lobby also on the city’s website and social media pages. 

Entries will also have a chance to win a Pinkberry gift card.

To participate in the fun, please print out a copy of the “Halloween Safety” coloring sheet, have your child color it and return it to us by 9 AM on Wednesday, October 31st.

Write your child’s first name and last initial, age, and your contact number or email address on the back of the coloring sheet so we can contact you in the event you’re child is selected as a winner of a Pinkberry gift card. Please drop off your child’s coloring sheet at West Lake Hills City Hall at 911 Westlake Drive.

The court office is open 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. We’d love to meet the kids and see their awesome costumes on or before Halloween. Swing by West Lake Hills City Hall to drop off your child’s coloring sheet and pick up some Halloween treats.

Jurisdiction & Functions
The Municipal Court is the first level of the judicial branch of government. The jurisdiction of the Municipal Court is within the territorial limits of the City of West Lake Hills, Texas, which includes Class C misdemeanors, traffic, city ordinance, state code and juvenile cases.

Responsibilities
The court processes citations, payments of citations, sets hearings and assists the public with questions regarding their violations and what options are available. The Court staff are not licensed attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.

Contacting the Court
Please allow three working days prior to contacting the Court so that your citation may first be processed and entered into the system. If you would like to pay your citation you may do so in person, by mail or online
